Long Christmas Post.....be prepared!

This Christmas was ALL ABOUT KYLEE!!! David and I had to cut back big time and didn't buy each other any gifts. It was actually kind of nice because it really helped us focus on others, and especially our little Princess! We were so happy that we got to spend this Christmas with David's parents in El Centro. It was just what we needed!

We took her to see Santa the night before so she was able to make the connection that he was the one that brought her all these gifts. It was fun this year because she really understood!

She was so excited about all her presents that she got up and started dancing to Grandpa's new country CD. It was hilarious!

And as tradition would have it, we had to stop off at Grandpa Jigg's feed lot and see the cows. She loves to go there and climb the piles of corn and see all the cows. Momma stayed in the car because the smell makes me gag!!! LOL

And sad to say, but this is our little princess now. She got sick yesterday and we now have a feverish, croupish, throwing up little baby on our hands. Sorry princess!!!

We had a great Christmas and are so glad to be home! I hope you all had a great time with your families and I can't wait to read all about your fun holiday experience! Next is New Years!! I love that the Christmas spirit still gets to linger on for about another week until New Years. But then it's truly over and it's back to reality!!! Sniff sniff!!!

Christmas Party

Every year we get together as friends and have our annual Christmas and New Year's party! Well, these pics are from our Christmas party at Jodi and Jon's house (the newly weds)!! Merry Christmas

Hard times calls for "corny" measures. Um.....since we can't afford to mail out 100 Christmas cards this year like we did last year, I have resorted to posting my Christmas card on my blog for everyone to see! I will still be mailing some out to my family and close friends that don't have a blog, but for those of you that do, I'm sorry but you are getting this electronic Christmas greeting from the Pew's this year! I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas season and that it brings the much needed cheerful feeling into your lives during these hard times! Love you all!!

Facebook.....Blogspot.....Where to post??? What have I done?

So I feel like I've been neglecting my blog this week and that's because I got a facebook page. Yes.......I finally cracked. Everyone and their DOG has a facebook and lately I've been feeling the pressure from all my friends to get one. So I finally decided to sign up and jump on the band-wagon! But now I'm confused as to what to post to what website. I don't want to double post because that's just too time-consuming. And half of you that are on my blog list are also now my facebook friends so you will just be seeing double of all my pictures. Hmmmm.........I guess you'll all just have to deal! :)

For those of you who check out my blog and have a facebook account, and aren't my friend on facebook yet, seek me out and add me! I must say......facebook is turning into my new addiction. Barf! The last thing I need is another website to take my extra time away from Kylee. Too late I guess! I'll just have to manage my time better now. I swear I'm going to go blind from staring at this computer screen multiple hours a day! We are all gonna go blind!!!! Mark my words!

Oh....so to explain these pictures - - - - Jaime and I took our club team on a hike this morning. It was an easy hike but a fun 4 mile adventure! It was mainly for bonding and I think it worked. The girls had fun and we had some interesting conversations. These girls are tight already and I can't wait to create that chemistry on the court. Here we are hiking the San Tan Mountains:

We missed you Lindsey! I don't think she reads my blog but I thought I'd throw that out there because we did miss one of our girls. :(

We had our yearly family pictures taken last week, by of course, Natalie Montez! She never ceases to amaze me with how amazing she is and how good she is at what she does. There were too many good pictures so I had to put them into a slideshow so it wouldn't take up my entire page! Enjoy!!!
